Equipment may be borrowed for the duration of class and must be returned within half an hour after use. If you would like to extend the borrowing time, please notify the Center beforehand.
Article 3
Equipment returned late will incur a fine of NT$10 per hour. If the equipment is less than one hour late, the borrower will be charged a late fine for one hour. A borrower who returns a piece of equipment late three times will lose their borrowing privileges for the rest of the semester.
Article 4
To prevent wear and tear, the audiovisual equipment owned by the Center may not be removed from whichever building it is stored.

The Center lends laptops to instructors of the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures or those teaching courses hosted by the College. These instructors should sign the Borrow Request Form. The student must also present his/her Student ID.
Article 7
If the borrower has a special request, such as returning the borrowed piece of equipment the following day, he/she should fill out the application form and obtain the seal of the head or secretary of his/her program. After receiving permission from the coordinator at the Center, the item may be borrowed.
Article 8
All borrowers should treat equipment with care. If a piece of equipment is damaged, the borrower must pay the full price.
Article 9
These Regulations have been passed by the Foreign Language Teaching Resource Committee and will be promulgated and implemented upon approval of the Dean of the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures. The same procedure will be followed for each amendment.
